INGREDIENTS
Maraschino cherries (with stem)
Brandy or cherry-flavored brandy
Chocolate for dipping(dark or milk your preference)
paraffin wax (aids in the setting of chocolate)
DIRECTIONS
Drain cherries (reserving juice if desired.) For adult cherries, add brandy to cherries and marinate up to 24 hours depending on how strong you want them; drain
Melt chocolate over hot water and add wax melting this as well.
Holding the stem, dip the cherries in the chocolate.
Place on wax-paper lined sheet.
Refrigerate and let set.
