Chocolate Crackle Cookies Recipe

2 cups chocolate chips
2 cups brown sugar
2/3 cup oil
3/4 cup eggs (3 or 4)
2 tablespoons vanilla
2 cups flour
1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
1/2 tablespoon salt
1 cup nuts
1 cup powdered sugar

* dough needs to chill for at least 3-4 hours.

In large saucepan, melt chocolate chips with oil. Remove from heat, add sugar. Then add beaten eggs and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients, except for the powdered sugar, and add to mixture. Add nuts. After refrigeration and dough becomes firm, roll into balls and then roll in powdered sugar. Bake on a greased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes (they will still be a little soft). Remove from cookie sheet while warm.
