Chocolate Chip Teddy Grahams

These mini chocolate chip animal crackers made by Nabisco can be a great snack or chocolate dessert with only around 100 calories for 12 of them. They go well with milk too!

Store bought or homemade, these low calorie chocolate desserts can top off any lunch or dinner with a bang.

The Rice Krispies treat recipe couldn't be easier. The finished product can feed several people and even last several days throughout the week. It usually makes a full twelve by nine pan. When sprinkled with chocolate syrup or chocolate shavings, the dessert can be enjoyed over and over without adding more than 100 calories.

Chocolate covered popcorn

Popcorn is actually a healthy snack. When air popped, it has healthy antioxidants that give your body anti-cancer fighting properties. Drizzle some chocolate or better yet dark chocolate over it and you'll get another low calorie healthy dessert
