Brownie Cookies
½ lbs sweet cooking chocolate
1 tablespoon butter
2 eggs
¾ cup sugar
¼ cup flour, sifted
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease cookie sheets. Melt chocolate and butter together. I melt each in the microwave. Beat eggs until foamy. Add sugar and beat. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheets. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes. Cool and serve.
Chocolate Bars
8 oz semi sweet chocolate
8 oz butterscotch pieces
¼ lbs of butter
1 ½ cup graham cracker crumbs
3 oz coconut flakes
1 cup pecans, chopped
15 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
Preheat oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit. Grease 9" pan. Melt butter and mix with graham crumbs. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Put in pan and cook for 45 minutes. These will be gone at any function very fast.
French Chocolate Pie
12 oz semi sweet chocolate
5 teaspoons sugar
4 eggs
¼ lbs of sweet butter, melted
4 teaspoons of flour
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Separate eggs. Grease a loaf pan. Line with wax paper. Melt chocolate in microwave. Beat in butter and set aside. Beat egg whites and set aside. Beat yolks until thick. Add sugar to egg yolks and mix. Add flour and then egg whites. Put it all together with chocolate and mix well. Bake for 55 minutes and then cool for about ½ hour. Then refrigerate for about 4 hours.
Frozen Chocolate Cake
2 squares unsweetened chocolate
1 can sweetened condensed milk
7 marshmallows
½ cup hot water
8 oz chocolate wafers
Whip Cream
Melt chocolate. Add milk and stir until thick. Add water and marshmallows. Marshmallows should melt. Line pan with wax paper. First put layer of chocolate and then wafers. Repeat until finished. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours. Turn pan over and remove paper. Cut into cake size square and top with whipped cream. MMMMM!
Triple Chocolate Ice Cream
6 oz semi sweet chocolate
1 pint chocolate mocha ice cream or your favorite chocolate ice cream
Whip Cream
Sifted Cocoa
Melt chocolate bits in microwave for 2 minutes. Spread onto cupcake paper cups. Freeze until hardened. Fill each cup with ice cream and serve of put chocolate in a sundae glass dish and put ice cream over it. Top with whipped cream and sifted cocoa. A cherry on top or nuts can be also be added if desired.
