If you really love old fashioned fudge, but find it hard to make, this recipe is for you. It couldn't be simpler, and the candy tastes like chocolate peanut butter fudge candy without all the work. Here's how you can make a batch in less than 10 minutes.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge Candy

Ingredients:
2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup baking cocoa
1/2 cup milk

2/3 cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)

Instructions:
Mix sugar, butter, cocoa and milk in saucepan.

Bring to a boil quickly on the stove top, on high heat, stirring constantly.

Reduce heat to medium and boil 6 minutes longer, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat and beat in peanut butter.

Let sit for five minutes; meanwhile put parchment paper or aluminum foil sheets on counter.

Drop spoonfuls of the mixture in dollops on the parchment or aluminum.

Let harden and cool.

Store in airtight container.

Tracie, Yum! PB and chocolate is my favorite combo. Question: have you ever made fudge in the microwave? One of my girls needs to do that for 4-H next year, and I've never tried it ...
