8.5 oz of corn muffin mix (preferably Jiffy)
1 egg
1/3 cup of milk
1 tablespoon of honey (preferably organic/"pure")
2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup
Cooking oil or spray (preferably virgin olive)
Utensils
Measuring cup/spoons
1 large bowl
1 loaf pan
Whisk or large spoon
Directions
1 ~ Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2 ~ Coat loaf pan generously with cooking oil
3 ~ mix egg, milk, syrup, honey, and muffin mix in bowl until fairly lumpy.
4 ~ Pour mix into loaf pan until 3/4 full.
5 ~ Place loaf pan in oven and bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
6 ~ Let cool and drizzle with honey or chocolate syrup.
7 ~ Serve and enjoy!!
