Good carbohydrates: these are the carbohydrates that contain all your minerals, vitamins and nutrients. They are essential to your health and you absolutely need them to maintain proper health. Good carbohydrates are what you need to help assist you in your weight loss journey to burn fat

• Starchy Vegetables

These types of foods contain what is known as resistant starches. These resistant starches do not digest in the body. They increase the feeling of being full, the ability to burn fat, improves your immunity, and helps control blood sugar levels.
If these types of starches cannot break down in the digestive process they will not enter into the blood stream. When carbohydrates break down due to digestion they enter the blood stream and then stored in our bodies fat. This occurs when you eat more of the bad carbohydrates then you can burn with daily activities or by exercising.
Stick to resistant carbohydrates that need you don't mind eating after they have been cooked and cooled. Even if you allow your food to cool to room temperature this will help your fat burning process. When a resistant type carbohydrate has been cooked, then cooled, the start will start to crystallize, it's in this form that it is resistant to digestion.
