Choosing the Appropriate Underwear for You!

How do you wear the appropriate underwear? What do you class as appropriate? According to the dictionary appropriate means "adj. suitable, fitting." It is important that you have a definition in your head of what you think is appropriate. Appropriate doesn't mean plain and boring unless of course that is what you like or are required to wear.

Not only should you wear underwear that is appropriate, but your underwear should make you feel good about yourself. For the most part you are the only one who is going to know what is on under your clothing. When it comes to underwear what makes you feel good? Is it bright red sexy underwear? Comfortable pastel coloured full briefs? Black boy-leg briefs? Only you can decide the answer to this. Try some different styles, to find the ones that work for you, if a style doesn't work for you don't get them again.

Also remember to consider comfort when choosing your underwear. You really do not want underwear that is to tight and constricting. Not only would this be uncomfortable, but it could also be damaging to your health.

Ask yourself what you find comfortable and appropriate, in the way of underwear. Do you like full briefs, bikini, boy leg, g-string or something else? Is what you have chosen appropriate to go under your clothing that you have selected for that day? You wouldn't want to wear a g-string if it was going to show above your hipster pants. It would be advisable to invest in hipster briefs in your choice of style.

If you are going for the invisible panty line look, you may choose a g-string or seamless briefs. Once again the seamless briefs come in a variety of styles and colours. Maybe neither of these appeal to you, how about boy-leg pants? Maybe you know of something better.

Bras, it is vital that you wear a correctly fitted bra as some research says that if you wear an incorrect fitted under wire bra then this may lead to breast cancer.

The other reason you need to get a bra professional fitted is so you get one that is suitable for your body shape. You do not want to squeeze into a half cup bra if it does not suite your shape, or your bust is too big for this type of cup. You should be able to be professionally fitted at a reputable department store or linger boutique.

All of this does not mean that you have to go out instantly and buy a whole selection of new appropriate underwear. Just beware in future of what you already have in the way of underwear. Consider the clothing that you are going to wear over the top of your underwear. Also consider what you think is appropriate for the occasion.
