All of these diets are different but they are have the same goal of helping you to lose weight however no ,matter which diet you choose you need to take advice from your doctor to make sure that it is okay for you to start a new diet. This is because changing your diet can have a negative effect on your digestive system. So make sure that you are healthier enough to try a new diet.
As you body needs certain vitamins and minerals it is important to make sure that you are still supplying your body the right amount when you change your diet.
The best diet plan is to eat less but still eat a well balanced diet that ensures your body gets everything it needs in order to function properly.
