Chris Brown Arrested? Rihanna the Victim?

It was indeed a shock. Fans from all over the world could not believe the news.

You see, it was reported that Chris Brown allegedly assaulted a woman last Sunday and just simply leaving her in a car in the Hancock Park section of Los Angeles, California, USA. Earlier reports say that Brown turned himself in to authorities and was released on a $50,000 bond.

Because of the incident, Brown cancelled his performance at the 51st Grammy that same night, where he was nominated for two big awards.

Now the bigger question is, whether or not the victim was the singer's girlfriend, Umbrella singer Rihanna. However, speculations have it that it was indeed Rihanna who made the call to 911. Rihanna also cancelled her stint at the Grammy's.

The previous day, Brown and Rihanna were seen as a loving couple, and it is unclear was led to the public altercation that got the police involved.

The bigger issue here is the way this issue is gonna affect the careers of both Brown and Rihanna. But I think that the most blow would go to Brown. He has had a squeaky clean image and a career that is almost on top of the world. He is in a position where people would probably kill to be in. But now, all that has seemed to gone down the drain.
