Honestly, no matter how one feels about overweight people, to judge their merits or abilities based upon such is the total opposite of acceptance. I thought that was the left's mantra. Everyone has equal self worth and all that? What happened to all the kindness, understanding and empathy the lefties lay exclusive claim to? I thought it was only non-lefties who would make merit judgments on such shallow parameters. Even a hater like me knows better than to do that, and I am the stupid one? Au contraire, big brains!
Call Janet Napolitano fat and hear lefties scream. Justice Kagan is not lightweight either, so can we call her ability to judge into question cause her butt is a bit on the broad side? Big Ed Rendell in PA ain't no little cat either. So where are those on either side attacking these cats for being less than perfect? Bet we'd be called bigots and such, but they can say whatever they wish. Yeah, I love fairness, forthright manner and reciprocity from them alright - should I hold me breath waiting for the common human decency they lay claim to?
Of course I gleefully write this as it is just another ton of fodder for my incessant finger pointing at these foul creatures. I mean if one wants to dislike fat folks, fine by me, but since when is it that the left would so expose their own biases in such a manner? Can you say hypocrites? Can you say arrogance? Can you say hateful? Can you say "lacking meritorious disagreement?"
Two years out before the actual presidential election here we have one of the leading fat mouths of the left, their poster boy for educated incapacity and arrogance, telling us that before Christie "cut the budget,' well, how about starting with supper?" Nice Chris. Once again you come through and do all my leg work for me. You prove yourself and your ideology to be asinine and ya really lay bare all that concern for fairness and equality ya claim you and yours are so f-ing concerned with.
To put a finer point on it, Matthews wasn't happy just busting on Christie. No, he went there with Mississippi Governor Haley Barbour too. He says Barbour "weights too much." Yeah Chris, well your fat and otherwise empty head "weighs too much," ya ass. You sure have a fat mouth for such a vacuous SOB whose entire claim to fame was as a top assistant to former House Speaker Tip O'Neill.
Two years out we can already see how this is going to go. The left cannot attack conservatives on politics because the nation has been clear - 70% of those polled favor the political principles of the Tea Party, so Matthews and his minions know they are up against a hard patch. Attacking the Tea Party actions backfired on them big time.
No matter how damned smart one thinks they are, when 70% disagree with ya the smart money is on sitting down and shutting up to maintain any sense of decorum, honor and intelligence, but ever the arrogant, self convinced in their own greatness, they're way too smart for that, right folks? Since the progressive ideology has proven to be without merit, and since they have nothing factually substantive to object upon, they are left to start the political wrangling with personal attacks of the most foul nature.
Is it just me or is it odd that Chelsea Clinton was off limits, but Palin's kids are not? Bristol Palin has not involved herself in politics at all, but they go after her as if she were a candidate. Why? Because some of them are punks - simple as that!
Governor Barbour is an effective and loved governor by his constituents, minus of course those who hate his political position and didn't vote for him anyway. Barbour is considered an adroit and brilliant man who is a very effective leader and a real shaker and mover in conservative circles. His leadership is clear and his abilities are well respected.
Chris Christie is another great one. Sure the lefties hate him but they can't denigrate him as a prevaricating, posturing liar like some of theirs, a certain big eared fool especially. Christie is governing EXACTLY as he said he would during his campaign. Again, the lefties hate him but his voters love him and in the end NJ will be better for it. Sure, the lefties will never admit the truth because they are more married to their ideology than they are to successful and wise governance, but that's their call and their own idiocy.
Haley Barbour and Chris Christie are exactly the kind of politicians we need in this nation. They are honorable, do exactly what they campaigned they would and apparently their constituents, those that voted for them, love them.
Okay whiners, tune up and get ready to get that whine on. If this is the best y'all got it's going to be a long and miserable two years for you folks. Hey, something to look forward to! This ought to be a blast, right whiners?

Post a CommentWho is Chris Matthews?
"They are looking more like fools every day." < What Linda R said. Matthews is turning into a laughing stock. No, he is one. Good write, Whip.
You are so right, it's amazing how they will find anything to critize, and Chris Matthews is certainly calling the kettle black.
I don't care what Chris Christie wieghs, that man is open, fair, and honest. I would vote for him. He doesn't take any sh*^ from anyone. He knows what needs to be done and he does it. And he will tell you to your face.
So that is the best the dems can come up with, good, hope that's last for another two years. They are looking more like fools every day.
