It looks like the Chris Medina sad love story lives on after all. According to USA Today , Medina will be performing on The Jay Leno show Friday to perform his first single "What Are Words," which was written and produced by the one and only Rodney Jerkins. Will this be the next big trend? A sad sob story+being eliminated=appearing on hot television show such as Leno and a single? Not only did Medina land a gig on Leno, him and his fiancee also received over 27,000 dollars in donations from Idol fans and a new furnace.
At first I was kind of happy that Medina didn't make the top 24, but after listening to his iTunes single, "What Are Words", which you can listen to now or watch tonight on The Jay Leno Show I'm now kind of upset. This song was so beautiful and touching it had me crying. The feelings Chris puts into this song definitely striked a nerve and tugged at my heart. For those fans who don't know The Chris Medina love story, you should definitely check it out. Here is a true man who stands by his fiancee no matter what has happened to her from the horrifying car accident, which took place two months before they were suppose to get married.
"What Are Words" is sure to be a huge hit for Chris. The song is very inspiring for anyone who will stand by their partner NO MATTER WHAT. One lesson here is for all is exactly "What Are Words" if you really don't mean them? So you see, for being a pure and genuine man to his girl, he had his time on Idol, but now it's Chris Medina's time to really shine on his own. After hearing the new song, it's a winner after all. I know some fans are thinking all the donations and attention are just out of sympathy, but after listening to this man and hearing his angelic voice proving his love to Juliana it will change your mind.

I can't listen to anything heart wrenching right now. I just found out a true man of God passed this week from a sudden heart attack while he was asleep. He was such a great spirit and he will truly be missed. My blood pressure is a little tooo high to risk another sad or crying episode.
