Camp Ozark has 50 residential cabins that will comfortably sleep 12 or more. Twelve of the cabins are fully winterized. The dining hall can serve up to 750 guests at a meal. All meals are prepared onsite by an excellent kitchen staff.
There are many recreation facilities located at Camp Ozark. There is a large covered gym for basketball, volleyball and other indoor court sports. There is also a smaller gym, which houses the gymnastic program.
The obstacle course at the camp provides a great challenge for campers. It has a 40-foot climbing and rappelling tower, a 10 ft by 80 ft bouldering wall and five separate high rope courses. There are also seven water slides, three full-size "Blobs", water trampolines and other water activities all located at a crystal clear spring-fed waterfront.
There are several playing fields for softball, soccer, football, baseball and even ultimate Frisbee. There are three modern tennis courts also part of the recreation area. There are also many more activities located at the recreation area.
At Camp Ozark each child's health and safety is of vital concern. There is a full medical staff at Ozark Camp usually consisting of at least four registered nurses and a physician. Physicians take call twice a day to treat typical camp injuries and illness such as bug bites and sore throats. The nurses at the camp dispense daily medication and treat minor illnesses and injuries. The camp medical team also can handle any severe injuries and illnesses.
The summer staff at Ozark Camp is built of almost 400 people. Many are the finest college-aged young people America has to offer. The camp recruits summer staff from over 30 different schools and universities.
Camp Ozark is the perfect Christian camp for children to have fun at while enjoying the fellowship of other Christian children their age. This camp is meant for conditioning the body with many physical activities while nurturing the soul.

I tried to get my son to fo to camp this year he doesn't want to go:(
My sister sent her kids to Christian camp and they loved it.
I went to a Christian Summer camp every summer when I was growing up and those are some of my best memories. This is a really nice article.
