Christians
Where are the Christians?
Why are they not on their knees?
They have hurt God so much he can't even see.
Blinded by the lights of the bar room brawl and
by the girl on the street, that looks cannot deny.
The drugs and booze lighten up the load.
Then, Satan comes in.
After the night is done, you head for home.
In your mind you can't understand why you and other
Dad's have such a hard time.
You open up the door, for your ears to be rung.
Your family is in shambles and you wonder why?
Your wife starts to cry, your children have fought.
Bills piled on the table, shoes on the floor.
You stagger hopelessly, to the bedroom door.
As you fall asleep, you fail to see that, you just lost your family.
Satan won the battle but, God is going to win the war.
Where is your Bible? Where are the prayers?
Have you forgotten how to pray?
That wife and those children need your prayers today.
When will you kneel to his call?
I thought you were a Christian and you knew that God cares.
I thought you knew what the alter was for. God will meet you there.
So come. Come to the alter, God is waiting there.
