Christina Aguilera Falls on Stage at 2011 Grammys; She Tripped NOT Fell Get Your Facts Straight People

Alright, let's get this straight. Yes, Christina Aguilera did flub the National Anthem, but she DID NOT fall down, or fall flat on her face at the 2011 Grammys. Can't people just give this singer a break? If you watch the video CORRECTLY, Aguilera was holding on to her microphone and slightly tripped, but caught her balance and got right back up. Why make it out to seem like Christina screwed up once again? People do trip here and there, especially if they are wearing tall heels.

Remember Pregnant Mariah who fell wearing black stilettos? Or Alicia Keys who fell wearing 4 inch heels? C'mon it happens, just because people are still criticizing Aguilera for the Super Bowl, it doesn't give reporters or fans the right to criticize now just because she tripped. Got it? She TRIPPED NOT FELL. There is a huge difference. Tripped in my book means to stumble where fall means to actually lose your total balance and end up on the GROUND.

Let's discuss something good out of this, which was the tribute to Aretha Franklin. Although I'm not an Aguilera fan, I have to admit, her voice was very powerful, impressive, and worked extremely well with McBride, Hudson, and Welch. Right then and there, Christina redeemed her music career back and gained "Respect" from many. Many fans are even mocking her due to her weight gain or the rumor of her being pregnant, which caused her to fall on the stage. This has NOTHING to do with it, if she's pregnant good for her, if she gained weight it's her own business NOT yours.

If you so need to see the Christina Aguilera falls onstage video, just head over to one of the hot news reporters such as The Huffington Post, or TMZ, and they will give you the goods I'm sure. Matter of fact do yourself a favor and do check it out, so you can actually see what really went down. Link can be found Here .

Exactly Angel. I saw the video when it first broke and had to watch twice...no fall, just a stumble. Jeez, give the chick a break media.

well done! why people always tell lies?

Yeah, it wasn't a big deal nor was her Super Bowl repeated line remix. At least she sang live instead of people clapping to a singer lipsyncing. Now lipsyncing to me is a disgrace.
