Popular R&B artist and producer, The-Dream, has announced his marriage to Christina Milian is essentially over. The-Dream was spotted frolicking on a Caribbean beach with a mystery woman most definitely not Christina Milian. (The mystery woman has now been revealed by Star Magazine and Us Magazine to be his assistant, Melissa Marie Santiago). Christina Milian has taken to her Twitter page today in an apparent response to the racy photos of The-Dream and his beach bunny playing in the sand. See The-Dream and Melissa Marie photos below.

Christina Milian Twitter Page On Fire After The-Dream Beach Photos Surface

A Tweet on the Christina Milian Twitter page Monday afternoon has the internet abuzz, wondering if it addresses newly-released photos of The-Dream off on a romantic beach retreat with Melissa Marie Santiago, a woman other than his wife and the mother of his child. Milian Tweeted Monday, "Whatever you think, believe it." A Christina Milian Twitter "re-Tweet" Monday also stated, "I've officially lost my appetite."

Christina Milian and The-Dream Break Up

Christina Milian and The-Dream have a five month-old daughter together, Violet, and were married in Las Vegas last September. A statement released today says The-Dream and Christina Milian actually split up soon after their wedding last year, deciding by late 2009 that their marriage just wasn't going to work. They decided to keep news of their split private for personal reasons.

There was no indication of a split or any specific response to The-Dream and Melissa Marie beach photos or break-up announcement on the Christina Milian Twitter page, but Milian may release a statement soon.

A statement from The-Dream's reps on Us Magazine's web site reads, "Terius 'The-Dream' Nash is saddened to announce that his marriage to Christina Milian was unsuccessful. The couple reached this decision in late 2009, but decided to keep the news private in efforts to protect their baby daughter Violet. They ask for consideration and respect for their family moving forward."
