Christina Walsh a.k.a. Capri Anderson pursuing case against Charlie Sheen after rant in New York City hotel, the Plaza Hotel.

Christina Walsh had been in L.A. filming adult porn films under the names Capri Anderson, Stella Costanza, Capri Nubiles, and Alexis Capri. She has made numerous adult films such as "Lesbian Tendencies," "Big Bust Cougars," and "Amateur Angels 22." Her father said that she returned to New York recently because she was lonely.

Sheen was heard screaming the 'N' word while on his alleged cocaine induced rage caused by his belief that the prostitute he hired stole his wallet. He started knocking over tables, punching walls and breaking glass such as the chandelier.

Christina Walsh was so scared that she hid in a closet during the encounter and called a friend. Her friend called 911 and the police arrived. Charlie Sheen was not arrested but agreed to go to a mental hospital voluntarily for a psychiatric evaluation.

Sheen, Walsh and his ex-wife Denise Richards were seen having dinner together with other escorts earlier in the evening. Richards left the dinner once she realized how intoxicated Sheen was and that the girls with him were prostitutes. Sheen was allegedly doing lines of cocaine in the restroom.

Christina Walsh has since hired an attorney who contacted Sheen's attorney. Sheen's attorney responded with "so what". Apparently they think that the porn star has no case against Sheen, especially since she did not make a complaint with the police while they were there investigating Charlie and escorting him to the mental hospital.

Sheen is definitely Hollywood's biggest bad boy know for his multiple liasons with Heidi Fleiss, the Hollywood madam and his numerous legal problems stemming from domestic violence and drug abuse.

Basically Sheen's attorney believes that Christina Walsh a.k.a. Capri Anderson can pursue a case against Charlie Sheen if she wants to but it has no merit. May be that haven't heard of intentional infliction of emotional distress and assault.

Charlie Sheen has been married four times and has seven children between three different wives. His oldest daughter, Cassandra Estevez, wed earlier this year. Charlie Sheen was born Carlos Estevez and is the son of Martin Sheen and Emilio Estevez.

If Christina Walsh did want to press charges against Charlie Sheen she has not contacted authorities. May be she is just after some kind of payout to keep her mouth shut. I am not sure if there is anything else to keep out of the media about the evening. Charlie Sheen did coke, hire a prostitute, used the 'N' word and busted up a hotel room. What else is left to tell?
