Christmas Alphebet

Dee Cain
Another Christmas season
Bells are going to ring.
Children learn their pageant songs
Delightedly they'll sing.
Everyone is busy
Families gather far and near.
Gaily laughing
Happily exchanging gifts
Inspiring good cheer.
Joyously sharing memories
Keeping their spirits bright.
Lights twinkling all around
Music is filling up the night.
Nestled in their houses
Opening "The Christmas Story" they'll read aloud.
Poised to hear of the birth of Christ
Quiet reigns through the crowd.
Reflecting on their blessings
Smiles the thoughts will bring.
The family will lift their voices
Unto the new born King.
Visiting the midnight service
Wearing their new Christmas attire.
Xmas eve such a special time
Young and old will bow their head in prayer.
Zestfully they'll exit and look forward to another year.
