Christmas Dip for Vegetarians

Spinach Ranch Dip

Ingredients

1 cup Any Sour Cream, Reduced Fat of Light.

1/4 cup of Ranch Dressing

1 10oz package of frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

1/2 cup finely grated carrots

1/4 cup finely chopped green peppers

1/4 cup finely chopped red peppers

Any kind of Wheat thin crackers

Directions

1. Mix sour cream and dressing until well blended.

2. Stir in spinach, carrots, and peppers. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Vegetable Dip

Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise

1 tsp ground turmeric

1 tsp garlic salt

1 tsp white sugar

2 tsp dried minced onions

1 tsp horseradish

1tsp white vinegar

red or green food coloring

Directions

Stir all ingredients together, add food coloring to desired color. chill 2 hours or more before serving.

Crunchy Cream Cheese Dip

Ingredients:

1 8oz package of cream cheese, softened

1 tbsp mayonnaise

1tbsp lemon juice

1/4 tsp salt

1/8 tsp pepper

3/4 cup grated carrots

1/2 cup finely chopped celery

1/4 cup finely chopped green peppers

1/4 cup finely chopped red peppers

1/3 cup finely chopped green onions

Directions

Beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper until smooth. Stir in vegetable, cover and refrigerates for 3 hours before serving.
