-Berry Banana Smoothie-
Ingredients:
1 small banana, cut up and frozen
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup fresh or frozen assorted berries (raspberries,blackberries, or strawberries)
3 tbsp. vanilla low0fat yogurt
fresh mint (optional)
fresh berries (optional)
Directions:
1. In a blender container combine the frozen banana pieces,orange juice, desired fresh or frozen berries, and yogurt. Cover and blend until smooth.
2. to serve, pour mixture into 2 glasses. If desired, garnish with fresh mint and additional fresh berries.
Makes two 8-ounce servings.
-Watermelon Creamy Smoothie-
Ingredients:
2 cups frozen cubed watermelon (red or yellow)
1 cup whipped cream
1 sprig mint leaves
2 tbsp honey
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together and serve in tall glasses.

-Totally Mango Smoothie-
Ingredients:
1 whole ripe mango peeled and sliced
1/2 cup yogurt
1 scoop mango ice cream
mango slices for garnishing
Directions:
1. Place mango and yogurt in a blender and blend together (on pulse mode to retain the body and so it won't come out soupy).
2. Top with mango slices and finally ice cream. Serve right away.
Makes 1 serving
