1. Dated Ornament: Start their own little Christmas tradition by getting them a limited edition ornament that is dated with their wedding year. Get them an ornament that is memorable and classy. Think a limited edition Waterford ornament.
2. Wedding Scrapbook: Get those pictures together from their wedding and put them into a scrapbook. You want them to have something unique and memorable so give them your view of their happy day. You can make an old-fashioned scrapbook or make a digital scrapbook.
3. Monogrammed Stationary: A classic gift for the modern couple. Choose their wedding colors for the stationary and inspired them to scribe a note or two of thanks.
4. Gift cards to Dinner: Give the newlyweds a romantic night out. They need to have date time together as a couple. They need to reconnect, and they may have a few bills from the glorious wedding that will prohibit them from going out and splurging on themselves.
5. Gift cards for Groceries: Paying for a wedding is not easy. They probably still have bills. Helping them out with gift cards for groceries will be much appreciated. Wrap it together with a basket full of breakfast staples like real maple syrup and pancake mix and you have a gift to remember.
6. A Little Romance Basket: Newlyweds are in love and are not embarrassed to gush on about it. Help them out by putting together a romance basket. It can be simple and include things like wine and candles or you can get spicy and throw in some massage lotion and bubble bath.
7. Cook Up Some Love: Get them a couples cookbook and throw in some fun ingredients such as hot pepper spice and cinnamon.
8. Digital Pocket Camera: Let the new couple capture some memories together. Get them a digital camera if they don't have one or a pocket video camera like the flip.
9. Lottery Tickets: They were lucky in love, hopefully they will be lucky with some lottery scratch off tickets. put a few scratch off tickets in their Christmas card and cross your fingers.
10. Couples Massage: Get them a gift they can enjoy together. Book a couples massage at an exclusive spa. The new couple will love a chance to get the rub down and relax together.
If none of these gifts strike your fancy you can always revisit the couples gift registry. There is bound to be something they didn't get when they got married.

Post a CommentNice choices :)
Gift cards are nice, but often the wedding guests have pictures that the photographer didn't get that are less formal, funny and show what was REALLY going on at your reception! The scrapbook idea is one I've done many times.
