Christmas Poem: To Believe or Not to Believe

Angel Sharum
In a manger, a gift was born

Asunder, a world was torn

Believer's prayers answered

Unbelievers undeterred

Changes promised

Cries heard

Corruption and evil witnessed

Blessings more than words

A child of wonder

A child of light

Righteousness will plunder

Those of the night

Death sent for the child

A king's power challenged

Meek and mild

Help rallied

A shining star showed the way

To the King of King's

That Christmas Day
