.) Broken Neck - Head cocked to the side, and eyebrow raised. This usually indicates An underwhelming gift has been placed in front of the recipient. Not underwhelming to the extent of bringing great dishonor to your entire family, but underwhelming none the less.
.) Siren of Displeasure - "OOOOHHHhh...erm, this is nice!?!" If you hear that, you may as well go in the other room and wrap the receipt to give as a better gift.
.) Poker Pace - They didn't expect anything grand or spectacular, and you delivered ten fold. Congratulations!
.) Jaw Drop of Jubilation(JDJ) - You have caused someone to unhinge their jaw and scream like a little girl upon seeing their present. You and everyone who happen to see this event have won in one way or another.
There are others, but these four are the most dramatic and noticeable.Whats the point of documenting all this? If you do manage to get a JDJ, you should never try to top it. It's futile to even think about trying to. You reserve the right to never give that person anything for Christmas, Their birthday, or any other time of year. In fact, you don't even need to give them the time of day when asked.
