Christmas Trees in Albuquerque, New Mexico: Where to Buy Your Holiday Centerpiece

If Your Looking to Buy a Christmas Tree, I Will Point You in the Right Direction.

Amber Ortega
The weather is cooling off, and the sounds of Christmas are beginning to fill the air. It seems like it is about time to start looking for that perfect tree. Let me give you some ideas of where to start looking.

The Cibola National Forest has permits available to cut your own tree. Permits go on sale beginning November 24, 2008 for just $10 per household. Trees may be cut in the forest beginning November 27th through December 24th. With your permit, you may cut or dig up one tree up to 10 feet tall. This could be a fun and memorable event for the entire family.

Santa Ana Garden Centerin Bernalillo will have trees available shortly

Of course you can always find trees for sale on street corners and in parking lots. One of the most popular, that has been in the same place for as long as I can remember is the Delancey Street Foundation Tree sales in the parking lot of the Cottonwood mall.

Many Christmas Tree sales will begin shortly and have not yet been updated websites. Please check back often as information will be updated as it is available.

We'll have a big tree lot at Eagle Ranch and Irving in the old Rowland's lot. Come experience the magic of the Galloping Grace Christmas Corral. Fun games, a gingerbread house, photo ops, and visits from Santa on the weekends. Check out our website at ggyr.org for further details.

Should read "If You're" not "If Your" in the title. That's a pet peeve.
