Acupressure is a great way of ease chronic pain in a more natural way. If you want to start out by education yourself about this subject, purchase this book,' Living Pain Free With Acupressure,' by Dr. Devi S. Nambudripa. This is a self help acupressure guide that teaches you how to do acupressure on yourself. It shows exactly what areas you should be touching for that one specific area you're having pain in. It may be a migraine; it could be back pain to poor circulation that leaves your body in chronic pain. This book has lots of information that I would recommend anyone that's in pain read. My chiropractor told me this was a very good book; however he did tell me if you do this method on yourself, to do it gently.
A chiropractor can help you understand why you hurt, and proceed by doing proper adjustments on you, and show you therapies to do at home for added positive results. Pain control is his passion; many chiropractors sell all natural supplements that can add to a better chance in your recovery from chronic pain. Ask your chiropractor if he suggests you start on an exercise routine. If he thinks you aren't ready he may recommend physical therapy. These are all methods that don't include drugs.
Try massage therapist; easing tension is their specialty. Many times when tension is relieved the pain is less, or may disappear completely. You may even find massage therapist in the shopping mall. Watch as they give someone a massage. Watch the expression of the person's face that has just had a massage. They usually look refresh, and their usually smiling. I've had one in a mall, and it was fantastic. Everyone one God created is different, so listen, read about all the options you see, or read about. Then consult your physician about which ideas would be the safest for your unique situation. My doctor is pleased every time she hears that something natural helped me.
Chronic pain needs chronic pain care and management.

I have used magetic products. I have had great results. They are expensive but they're well worth it in my opinion. I have also learned acupressure that I learned to do on myself and my family. If anyone wants to try any of these options consult their physician or chiropractor. Be smart, research and live with less pain.
