2 quarts Spiced Cider
1 cup Orange Juice
10 cloves Garlic
8 Bay leaves
4 sprigs Rosemary
1 1/2 cups Salt
1 cup Brown sugar
Enough to Cover Turkey Water
1 Turkey
Directions for Cider and Orange Turkey Brine

Put turkey in bucket or other container.2
Mix all ingredients and pour over turkey. Be sure turkey is submerged under water3
Allow turkey to soak overnight.4
Remove turkey from brine solution and discard solution. Roast turkey as you would normally.Tip
Prepare the brine solution and soak the turkey the day before it needs to be cooked. The longer you brine it, the more juicy it will be.
