Ingredients

Serves 4
2 cups Refried black beans with lime
1 cup Extra Sharp White Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup Fresh Cilantro

Directions for Cilantro and Cheese Laden Black Bean Dip

Preheat Oven
Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit

Spread Black Beans in Flat Bake Safe Dish
Scoop the black beans out of the can and onto a flat preferably round bake ware dish. Spread the black beans into a thin and even layer across the dish.

Shred Extra Sharp White Cheddar Cheese
Shred 1 cup to 1 1/2 cups of extra sharp cheddar cheese. Spread evenly across the black beans.

Put in Oven
Put beans and cheese in oven and monitor for twenty minutes.

Pluck Cilantro
Well beans and cheese are cookings pluck the leafs off the Cilantro until you have roughly 1/2 cup or more.

Remove dish From Oven and Wait
Remove the dish from oven after the cheese has thoroughly melted. Let the dish sit still for 5 minutes.

Add Cilantro and Enjoy
Add the Cilantro to the top of the dish evenly and enjoy!
Tip
You can use any cheese for the dip, but I prefer extra sharp white cheddar it matches the lime of the beans very well.
