Cilantro chutney is an excellent way to add some variety to a meal. It goes great with Indian food such as pakoras, but can also be used as a healthy dressing for a salad, a topping for pasta, or a spread for a sandwich.

Cut a jalapeno into eight parts (more or less). Jalapenos get their heat from the veins and the seeds, so unless you like it really hot, remove most of the seeds and veins.6
Measure out your spices -- 2 teaspoons sugar, 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin and 1 1/2 teaspoons salt.Tip
If you don't like food too spicy, discard all or part of the jalapeno seeds.
