Great Drinks for Your Cinco De Mayo Party

Are you looking for some new alcoholic drinks to serve for Cinco de Mayo? I found a few new cocktails that fit the occasion for Mexican cuisine. A little bit of tabasco, tequila and mmm....mmmm. These seven cocktail drinks are Hot, Hot, Hot!!!
So give them a try and your guests will know you are really a great host!

Flaming Ring of Fire

½ oz rum

½ oz whiskey

5 drops Tabasco sauce

Pour the rum and whiskey into a shot class and drop in Tabasco sauce. Let's all have a shot. You may need to keep another drink nearby. Ahhhh!

Tequila Canyon

1 ½ oz tequila

1/8 oz triple sec

¼ oz pineapple juice

¼ oz orange juice

1 lime wedge

Pour the tequila, Triple Sec and cranberry juice into a glass filled with ice. Top with juices and garnish with lime. Easy and smooth!

Alamo Cocktail

1 ½ oz bourbon

1 ½ oz tequila

1 ½ oz rum

½ oz hot sauce

1 dash black pepper

Layer the ingredients in glass. Perfect with a Mexican meal.

Margarita

½ oz tequila

¾ oz Triple Sec

1 splash sour mix

1 dash lime

1 lime wedge

Shake all ingredients and serve with salt rimmed glass and lime wedge. You can also blend with ice for a frozen version.

Massacre

2 oz tequila

½ oz bitters

4 oz ginger ale

Combine and serve over ice. It's as easy as that.

Bloody Biker

2 oz vodka

¼ tsp olive juice

5 oz spicy tomato juice

¼ Worcester sauce

¼ teaspoon habanero pepper sauce

Lime wedge

Combine ingredients in a shaker. Pour over ice and add lime. Woweee, this is for those who really like it hot!

Wild Thing

1 ½ oz tequila

1 oz cranberry juice

1 oz club soda

½ oz lime juice

1 slice lime

Pour each over ice and garnish with lime wheel. Everyone loves this and it's all about loving tequila.
