Cinnamon Treats

Mary Wensing Dvorachek
4Tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 cups. flour
1 Tbsp sugar

Mix sugar with butter. Beat until fluffy and cream.

Add flour and cinnamon, mix until the dough forms a clump.

Take parts of the dough and make into long rolls and then take portions of the long roll and break them off, and twist them. Or you can just twist them into a knot.

Place on cookie sheet covered with wax paper. Bake at 300 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Sprinkle sugar on them while still warm.

Ooh, these sound really nice. I think they must be similar (or the same as) some treats we had when we were in America. They look like they'd be good to make with my daughter.

    Plus I looove cinammon!
