The city of Birmingham's planning board action meeting took place Aug 11. Some of the items for proposal are adding an ATM machine on Woodward Avenue, and if the city should continue to allow loading and unloading on Peabody.
The decision was postponed due to a hearing on the amount of space provided in their building.
There are a few disagreements on whether or not they should be entitled to the needed three floors, of which they are only receiving two.
The hearing is scheduled for Sept. 8 and the next meeting will be on Sept. 22. To view the current agenda visit http://www.ci.birmingham.mi.us/
