If you see a plot of land, on a neighbors city that has a white sigh with yellow and green graphics on it click it and place a franchise. When you click the plot of land the franchises come up that you can places there.

When you put a franchise in another Cityville town the other player will have to set it up, but after that, the business will continue to make both of you some money. You may need to send a gentle reminder to those newer players who do not know they have to set it up on their end.

You can collect from these once a day, simply by touching the little icon which has a green present and a box of goods on your game bar. From there touch the Franchises icon which is the bottom one.

I make it a point of looking for the empty business lots as I visit each neighbor on a daily basis, this way I can maximize my profits and increase my wealthy. Making money in Cityville is always a great idea.

If you want to put these money making businesses within your city, go to the build mode and select businesses. The first icon is the plot of land with the sign on it and it will not cost you any coins. Just place a few of them around your town and when your neighbors visit, they can add a franchise.

It's up to you to click on each one as it matures and collect the coins and restock it. However, it is free money in Cityville, as you did not pay for the building.
