On Election Day 2008, New Black Panther party members, King Samir Shabazz, Malik Zulu Shabazz and Jerry Jackson were charged in a civil complaint with civil violations by violating the Voter Rights Act by using intimidation, threats and coercion. King Samir Shabazz - sorry, only one king exists and it certainly is not you, Shabazz - held (News stations like to use "allegedly" but I do not as it was caught on video) a nightstick and he used it as intimidation and tapped menacingly as voters came to vote. These goon-squad haters hate Jews and non-blacks and supports violence against such people and they are not afraid to say so.
Today, the United States Civil Rights Commission that investigates accusations of discrimination has now gone after the US Justice Department and Attorney General Holder into why they dropped the charges back in May 2009 against the three members of the New Black Panther Party that the government won in April 2009.
However, although the government won, the Obama Administration moved to dismiss the charges and then provided no explanation. Can you imagine if the KKK showed up at the polls and acted in the same fashion and a Republican president dropped the charges? The riots in LA several years ago would have looked more like a city BBQ than the riots that have would taken place if the KKK had their charges dropped. Imagine how the civil rights movement and Martin Luther King, Jr. would have reacted.
The excuse coming from the Justice Department stated that it obtained an injunction against one of the members and dismissed the others based on facts and the law - and what "law" was that Mr. Attorney General?
I may not be an attorney but by the actions of this Justice Department under Holder, it is another example of the corruption in the Obama administration and appears to be catering to its own. Furthermore, the Justice Department as well as Attorney General has the obligation that is mandatory to respond to the Civil Rights Commission's request and they cannot get out of it, no matter how much stonewalling they do.
By dropping the charges and acting as if nothing actually happened, this is nothing more than obstruction of justice by our very own Department of Justice. The New Black Panther party committed felonies and yet all Eric Holder does is talk about race and some lame excuses of how he sees the law application to this case. What we see here "is" race as in racial discrimination by Eric Holder who is also violating his oath of office as US Attorney General. The Civil Rights Act was passed for a reason - will anyone ever know if their civil rights were violated when you have a corrupt Attorney General?
Malik Zulu Shabazz, who is chairman of the New Black Panther Racist party, applauded Holder's decision by saying, "Republicans who say politics was behind the decision to dismiss the lawsuit are on a "political witch hunt" to discredit Attorney General Eric Holder. The GOP efforts to draw attention to the matter are part of the overall war that the Republicans are waging against Eric Holder in general."
No Mr. Shabazz, it is called law, law of the land. Maybe if you and the rest of the racist Black Panther party actually learned about law, you might get it - but I doubt it; hatred is easier for you.
Eric Holder once stated, "Though this nation has proudly thought of itself as an ethnic melting pot, in things racial we have always been and continue to be, in too many ways, essentially a nation of cowards." Holder continued, "It is an issue we have never been at ease with."
You are right Mr. Holder; we have never been at ease with race issues because of race baiters who keep the flames filled with fuel because it serves a purpose for those like you and the New Black Panther Party. The Black Panther Party broke election laws, not to mention, carrying a weapon to the election polling station and within 50 feet of the polling place. They are to be charged with such violations and punished by the laws of the land.
Will charges against the Black Panther members ever come to pass? Maybe, but then maybe I should be the US Attorney General as I know that civil right laws applies to all people and not just select races just because it's convenient.
