Classic Christmas: True Tales of Holiday Cheer And Goodwill

A new holiday anthology from Adams Media

When searching for the ideal Christmas gift for the many, many people on my Christmas list, I came across a book that is perfect for almost anyone. The book is called "Classic Christmas: True Tales of Holiday Cheer and Goodwill" published by Adams Media, edited by Helen Syzmanski. It's availble directly from Adams Media, on Amazon.com, and from any major book retailer.

The uplifting stories are similar to those found in the ever popular Chicken Soup For The Soul series but yet they are each one individual and delightful. Locations run the gamut from America's smallest towns to places like Hollywood. Just a few of the towns that provide background setting for the tales include Rayo, New Mexico, Greenwood, Nebraska, Beetwon, Wisconsin, Conway, New Hampshire, and St. Joseph, Missouri.

Titles like "Holiday On Ice", "Home For The Holidays","Christmas Card From My Sister", "The Half Priced Puppy", "Handfuls of Pennies" "Grandma's Gift" and "Secondhand Happiness" all head up stories of special Christmas. Some are about gifts, some about giving, others about coming home and others about triumphing ovr personal tragedy.

Some of the authors are professional writers but others are just folks who shared a special story from their hearts. In the back of the book, notes on each and every contributor can be found with information about those who shared for this very special book.

It's an ideal gift for any age - older children to senior citizens. And, if someone on that Christmas gift list needs a dose of holiday cheer, this book is sure to bring the true spirit of Christmas to life and put a smile on any face reading it.

The book retails for $12.95 and can be found almost anywhere. It's well worth the small price for the more than seventy true life Christmas experiences than run the decades from recent years to the 1940's and even earlier.

I personally reccomend "Classic Christmas: True Tales of Holiday Cheer and Goodwill" edited by Helen Syzmanski, available from Adams Media this holiday season!
