The Main Plot of the Movie - Classic Movie Review - The Magnificent Seven
The story is based on simple plot ; the movie starts with a scintillating music with wonderful western pictures and the casting beings.
Calvera (Eli Wallach) a bandit comes to the Mexican village and he and his fellow bandits loot the village and when one of the villagers tries to intervene Calvera coolly shoots and kills him. He also threatens the villagers and promises to come back again.
The poor villagers, who are basically farmers, went to the Wiseman and priest of the village for his advice. On his advice three villager's travel to the border town to buy guns to defend them selves.
On reaching the border town they are witness to a strange but brave act by Chris (Yul Brynner) and Vin (Steve McQueen) burying a old villager with a stiff opposition by village strong men.
This act leaves a great impact on the villagers mind on Chris and they persuade him to help them to defend from Bandits. Chirs helps them to find gun men who can help them from bandit Calvera.
Seven men were engaged who had some special talents, then they all start their journey to the village. Calvera comes back to find that the villagers hired gun men, after brief fight runs to the ruins only to comeback to take revenge.
