Clean & Clear's Oil-Free Foaming Facial Cleanser: A Review

I'll be honest; I'm very skeptical about trying these "anti-acne," "oil-free" cleansers. I've had very bad luck in the past, and all they do is dry my face until it burns! I also have very sensitive skin that is both oily and dry. Lucky me. However, being desperate I had to keep looking for a good product that would do the trick. How did this do? Read and you'll see!

The liquid in this orange looking bottle is actually pretty soft. The past cleansers I've used are rough and sort of feel like water with grains or sand or salt. I didn't even realize that until I tried this product-it feels smooth and soft. As soon you feel it, you will know what I'm talking about.

How to use: Your simple cleanser directions. In you hand, make a foaming lather with the cleaner and water. Use on your face and neck. And rinse off. Dry. Yes, not much, but you will also notice a clean happy face! It contains antibacterial ingredients to-well, fight bacteria. It's sensitive and shouldn't dry or burn your skin. But just as any anti-bacterial soap, don't over use it. Did you know that using too much soap will only strengthen bacteria's immunity towards soap? A little scary, I know.

Results: As stated, your results should be pretty much visible. You will see a brighter, but most importantly cleaner face. Though this is not specialized for acne, I have personally noticed a decrease in acne. And I also use it to remove my makeup and it works great!

Ingredients: In case you need to be careful of any particular ingredients found in medicines, here they are:

Active ingredients: Triclosan (0.25%)

Inactive ingredients: BHT, butylparaben, C9-15 alkyl phosphate, cocamidopropyl betaine, ethylparaben, fragrance, glycerin, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, lauric acid, methylparaben, myristic acid, phenoxyethanol, propylparaben, triethanolamine, water

So what am I giving this product? A five out of five! It's great and gets the work done! As mentioned, my favorite part of this product is not just its results, but how it feels to the touch. Even when you handle the bottle, you will see that it is not as thick as other liquid cleansers.

Product comes in a clear bottle, with orange liquid. It's a Clean & Clear product and is oil free. I have only seen bottles in 8 fl oz which will last you a nice long time (mine usually last 4 months!). I love this product and will not try anything else!
