Cleaning Product Review: Method Wood for Good

A Responsible Product

Ada Noll
Using Method Wood for Good is a fantastically convenient way to clean wood furniture. Usually convenience holds hands with wasteful, but Method makes a great, biodegradable product.

I don't enjoy cleaning, but this product makes it so simple that I have to say I had my first really great cleaning experience using Method Wood for Good.

It Really is Great Stuff

I have tried many different cleaning products to use on my furniture, but I have never been fully satisfied with any of them. Often times they streak or leave behind waxy build-up. Further, I have never been a fan of the typical overpowering sterilized lemon smell that a lot of wood cleaning products have.

Recently I went in search of something different to clean my furniture. I wanted something environmentally friendly and something that didn't smell like a bag of lemons. I found Method Wood for Good on sale for $2.99 at my local Target store.

Method Wood for Good comes in 24 biodegradable wet wipes. It is made with a no-wax formula, so when it is used there is no sticky residue left behind. The almond scent is subtle and much better smelling than the typical lemon wood cleaners.

Method Wood for Good is made with natural fibers and its biodegradability is tested through a company independent from them.

This product is also extremely easy to use. All you have to do is open the container, take out a wipe and use it on surfaces you want. It really is that simple!

Price and Packaging

Method Wood for Good comes in an hour glassed recyclable container. The container is covered in different wood shades so there is no mistaking what this product's intention is.

You can find Method Wood for Good on www.methodhome.com or at your local Target store.

Is This Pricey Product Worth It?

I like Method Wood for Good for its convenience and healthy approach to the environment.

This product is normally pricey at $5.00 a pop, but I do not mind spending the extra money for natural, biodegradable household products.

I used one wipe for my dining room and living room. It cleaned a dining room table, four chairs, an old trunk and a couple of chairs. I probably could have cleaned more but nothing needed it.

This product is hands-down a winner. It works great, it smells wonderful and it is biodegradable. I would highly recommend that you visit www.methodhome.com and see which of your local stores carry Method Wood for Good.

Method Wood for Good can also be purchased in a 12 ounce recyclable spray bottle.
