I have a tendency to use way more of a cleaning product than is necessary to complete a job. I don't dilute Simple Green, and if I overuse the product, I at least have the peace of mind that it is non toxic. I do still use bleach for some cleaning tasks. I have a dog and a cat, and there are just some disasters that I insist on using a heavy-duty product. Inevitably, I end up with a headache after using bleach to clean up any canine or feline disasters, but I don't feel that Simple Green can complete such tasks to my satisfaction. I've never experienced a headache after using Simple Green.
Simple Green is also reasonably priced. I realize that one container would last me a lot longer if I followed the recommendations for diluting it, but even using it full strength, it is still more reasonably priced than some of the organic and "natural" cleaning products that cost $20 or more for a small bottle.
Simple Green, despite its color, hasn't stained any surface I've ever used it on. Simple Green truly is a multipurpose cleanser, and it's the cleanser I reach for most frequently. I admit, though, that I was reluctant to try Simple Green at first. The fitness center I frequented kept it in reach for members to spray down equipment after finishing. I fell in love with the smell at first, but still hadn't converted to using more environmentally friendly products despite making other important changes in my lifestyle and diet. Eventually, I tried it, lured by the pleasant smell. Simple Green is biodegradable, so it is a must-have product for environmentally conscious consumers.
You won't get nauseous or a headache when you clean with Simple Green. The smell is pleasant, not harsh. Using Simple Green will most likely not make you sick. Another advantage of Simple Green is that it is widely available. I buy Simple Green at the supermarket. You won't have to make a separate trip to Bed, Bath, and Beyond or a natural foods store in order to find Simple Green, although you might find Simple Green at both those stores as well. Just add this product to your weekly grocery list.
I urge you to try Simple Green. You just might also discover that you simply can't live without it either.
