Cleaning Product Reviews: Windex, Clorox, All Small and Mighty, the Works

Chen Salis
I have had a major task on my hands lately. I have been cleaning my new home! All eighteen rooms needed a floor to ceiling cleaning. I have had the opportunity to use quite a few cleaning products in the last few weeks. I hope to share my experience and opinions with the consumers who are looking for new products to use or avoid, to help them make informed decisions.

I first would like to discuss Windex Antibacterial Multi surface cleaning spray. Windex antibacterial has been my best friend during this major chore. I have used this cleaning product on just about everything! It works well on glass, tables, in the kitchen and the bathroom. It smells great and it really cuts through grease and grime and dirt in general. I love the pleasant scent. I trust Windex, and have used it for years on my windows. The new formulas of windex are absolutely fantastic! I have been using Windex antibacterial multi surface spray along with a scrub brush to freshen up my tile floors. What can I say, I am slightly obsessed... I give this product two thumbs up, without a doubt.

I have also used Scotch glass cook top pads and scrubber system. I am not at all impressed with this product. It really didn't do wonders for my cook top stove, and I ended up scrubbing and scrubbing with these pre moistened pads. I could scrub for another hour with Scotch glass cook top pads and still have work ahead of me.

I was also really dissatisfied with The Works gel cleaner for bathrooms. Two hours later, and an entire bottle of The Workd gel cleaner and my bathroom was not as spotless as I like, and it had a horrible and over whelming bleachy smell to it. I ended up getting a scrubbin bubbles action scrubber to replace the Works. In my opinion, The works did not really work.

I am crazy about Clorox disinfecting wipes, I have been using so many of these fantastic disinfecting wipes that I feel naked without the canister at my side. I can't say enough wonderful things about the people at Clorox. My house is germ free, I hope, thanks to Clorox disinfecting wipes!

I also tried All Small and Mighty laundry detergent, I was not as impressed with this concentrated laundry detergent as I had hoped to be. For one, I didn't get 32 loads out of one bottle, and my clothes did not come out as clean as I had hoped. I think I will stick with Tide from now on.

I hope this article of reviews helps you to decide will help you decide when it comes to purchasing cleaning products you might not have used.

I agree that the clorox wipes are great-- I use them in my bathroom all the time. But I can't stand to use more than two products for cleaning my house, if at all possible-- really, separate "stove top" cleaners? This is why I love my Goo Gone, which gets rid of pretty much anything-- www.googone.com if you want to check it out.
