Clearwater-St Pete Area Upcoming Events and Annual Calendar of Activities

Paula Andra
If you're planning to spend Spring Break, a winter or summer vacation in Florida, the Clearwater/St Pete area is a good place to go since there's usually something to do. You can always visit the beaches as well as close by venues in Orlando which has Disney World, the Outlet Malls and Universal Studios.

Closer by there is also Tampa which has Busch Gardens, Ybor City and Hyde Park. Or if you happen to be in the area in early March then you can hop over to the Strawberry Festival in Plant City. Popular headliner musicians in country, pop and rock perform nightly for a fraction of their usual cover charge on the Festival's open-air stage.

This is a guide to the events that usually take place throughout the year. Some of them already have posted their dates and venues, which are noted here. I planned to teach college art in studio & history. But I needed to home school our son and did short term missions instead, which benefited from my education. I write about the trips I take for our ministry.  View profile
