The Cleveland Browns organization has decided to take a chance and make former Carolina Panthers quarterback Jake Delhomme their starting QB for the 2010 season. Jake Delhomme has proved that he is an established winner - and does have the skill and experience to help make the Cleveland Browns a better team than they was in the 2009 season.

The Cleveland Browns only won 5 games in 2009, and their overall team percentages were awful, it is a season that they will remember - but it would be a season they would love to not recall.
