Clint Howard Goes Political in Viral Video

Actors who speak out for Democrats and liberal causes are nothing new in Hollywood. What is unusual is an actor who speaks out in support of conservative causes; doing so could get you blacklisted.

While the number of conservative and Republican actors in Hollywood seems relatively small, you can add another to their number. Clint Howard, star of numerous movies and TV shows, is starring in a new web video for conservative political group The Heritage Foundation.

In the video, Howard plays a liberal senator trying to come up with excuses not to hold town meetings to face his constituents. The video promotes a website, HeritageforAmerica.org. The video is hosted on several sites, including YouTube (click here to watch the video).
