The project will include a 101 unit residential building that will be 8 stories tall and located on Clermont Avenue between Flushing and Park Avenues. It is being developed under the New Housing Marketplace Plan by Mayor Michael Bloomberg.
According to the Pratt Area Community Council, the goal of the development will be to bring in mixed income levels to this underutilized space. A total of 23 townhomes and 4 buildings will add approximately 458 units to the neighborhood. The final project will contain over 8,000 square feet of residential and commercial spaces. It will also bring in more open and green space to the community.
Construction has already begun and apartment seekers can register to receive an email notification when housing applications are available on the NYC Housing Development Corporation website. For information about Navy Green, contact the Pratt Area Community Council at 718-522-2613.
