Coca-Cola's 2007 Super Bowl Happiness Factory Commercial Put a Smile on My Face
I've Always Wondered What Goes on Inside Those Coca-Cola Machines
If you didn't get to see Coca-Cola's Happiness Factory commercial during the 2007 Super Bowl, have no fear, you can watch it here!
It's no secret that Coca-Cola is one of the world's favorite soft drinks. And with such great taste and phenomenal advertising methods, it's easy to see why. In Coca-Cola's 2007 Super Bowl commercial, Happy Factory, we get to take a surreal adventure through the workings inside a Coca-Cola machine. We get a nice mixture of technology and magic that only Coca-Cola or Walt Disney could carry off properly.
The Happy Factory begins when a hunky male strolls up to a Coca-Cola machine and deposits a coin. I couldn't tell what kind of coin it was, so I'm assuming it was a Magic Coin!
We follow the Magic Coin into the interior of the Coca-Cola machine, better known as the Happiness Factory. From there, we are launched into a magical fantasy wonderland. Behind the façade of the techie machine, we find breath-taking waterfalls, flying thingamabobs, whirling gadgets and squeaky whatchamacallits. All of which, work to add their special *something* to one bottle of Coke destined for said hunky male.
The Coca-Cola bottle travels through a tropical area and then into a wintry wonderland where it receives the Happy treatment. The Coca-Cola bottle is then deposited on to a conveyor belt that carries it back into the machine where it drops into the delivery tray. By then, the Coke is poured, fizzed, capped, chilled and granted a parade to see it off on its new life. Hunky male picks up his Coke and starts to walk away but is stopped when he hears the tinkle of fantastical music drifting from the Happiness Factory inside the Coca-Cola machine. Hunky male looks at the machine and then back at the bottle of Coca-Cola in his hand, shrugs and walks away.
We, the viewers, are left with a cool red, fizzing Coca-Cola bottle logo that says "the Coke side of life". We are also left to wonder and dream about the fantastical events that go on inside a Coca-Cola bottling plant. You can imagine all of this if you want, but why do that when you can watch Coca-Cola's 2007 Super Bowl Happiness Factory Commercial right here?
Enjoy!

Post a CommentThat was a bit creepy! hehehe
I wish I could agree that the commercial brought a smile to my face; to me the ad was just a LITTLE too creepy, what with the murder of a snowman just to make the bottle cool . . . haha! Seriously, though, this was an excellent review! Reading your review was what put a smile on MY face :) Cheers!! :)
