Cocktail Recipes for Christmas Brunch!

Christmas brunch is the perfect adult meal to serve a few fun and colorful holiday cocktails at. Whether your Christmas brunch cocktails have alcohol or not, make sure they are colorful, seasonal, and most of all tasty.

Here are some of my favorite cocktail recipes perfect for serving at Christmas brunch:

Red Christmas Punch Cocktail Recipe

This recipe serves up 16 drinks, so cut it in half of you are not serving Christmas brunch to a large crowd.

2 cans of pineapple juice (48 oz)
1 bottle of cranberry juice
1 bottle of soda water
1 container of raspberry sherbet
Vodka to taste

In a punch bowl, mix juices. Now, Pour in soda water. Top with scoops of sherbet. Now, the kids can have this version. To turn this into a Christmas brunch cocktail all you need to do is add 1 ounce of vodka to each glass.
You can even top this one with some whip cream if you like!

Candy Cane Christmas Christmas Brunch Cocktail

If you love candy canes and peppermint, you will love this awesome Christmas brunch cocktail recipe:

1 ounce peppermint schnapps
1 ounce kaluha
1 ounce brown crème de cacao

Pour all of the ingredients into a shaker. Add some ice and shake. Pour into a cocktail glass. You can garnish with a soft stick of peppermint candy.

Adult Christmas Brunch Eggnog Cocktail Recipe

Now, this is my favorite recipe for eggnog. Keep the kids out of this one though!

1 ounce captain Morgan's spiced run
1 ounce ginger flavored brandy
½ cup of eggnog
Ice
Ginger snap cookies(crushed)

You can pour all the ingredients into a shaker and add ice. Shake or stir gently and pour into individual martini glasses. I like to crush up some ginger schnapps and then dip the edge of the martini glass in some water, then into the crumbs. Then pour in the eggnog.

Christmas Brunch Mimosa

If you love the traditional orange and champagne mimosa, then this Christmas cocktail version will be perfect with any Christmas brunch fancy or humble!

1 bottle of your favorite champagne
1 container of frozen cranberry juice
Lime slices

Slice the limes into wedges. Pour the champagne into a chilled glass pitcher. Add the frozen cranberry cocktail and stir to combine. Serve in cocktail glasses or martini glasses with a slice of lime.

Easy Christmas Cosmopolitan Cocktail


For a tart cocktail recipe to serve with Christmas brunch try this recipe. It goes great with your favorite eggs benedict recipe. The grenadine is so sweet and the fresh lien juice makes it tart as well.

1 ounce of Bicardi Run
1 ounce limejuice
½ ounce grenadine
Lemon slices
Ice

Add all ingredients in a shake except for ht lemon. Shake thoroughly. Pour into a frozen martini glass over shaved or crushed ice. Garnish with a lemon wedge or lemon peel curl.
