This was one of my favorite treats when I was a child. It is a quick, easy and nutritious recipe. I hope you enjoy them.
What you will need:
1 cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 cup powdered milk
flaked coconut
Stir honey into peanut butter until well mixed.
Mix in powdered milk. You should be able to form the mixture into balls. If you can't you can add a little more powdered milk.
Roll into one inch balls.
Roll in coconut and serve.
Enjoy!
hint: If you prefer, you can roll the peanut butter balls in wheat germ. This is also very yummy.
