Coffee Bites, owned and operated by nine-year Prospect Heights resident Soraya S. Meer, is a coffee-lover's dream. Opened at the end of July 2010, the small shop offers an intimate setting where customers can kick back and relax with a delicious cup of Joe. Despite the location's small physical size, the menu is big on decadence.

In addition from the respectable variety of Counter Culture coffees, Coffee Bites offers macaroons, cupcakes, muffins, and teas. They are slowly expanding their menu to include paninis which draw in the lunch crowd.

Meer appeals to the local coffee lover and local businesses alike. During tough economic times, Coffee Bites and local distributors help each other out.
