A wonder drug,
May offer up
A rhymed bear hug.

A poet's
Jitterbug.
You had the blues,
But paid your dues.
Still, you amuse
And offer clues.
In fact,
You just served
As my muse.
You cracked me up,
With just one cup,
A sweet shake-up
For one hung-up.

A writer's
Giddy-up.
Now on the run,
Poetic fun,
My thanks to one
For rhymes well-done.
