Oak Street Coffee

Oak Street Coffee pride themselves as being the home of the world's best scones. At this coffee shop you can get a great coffee made from locally roasted beans as well as delicious pastries and tasty soups all made from scratch. Mildred's Coffeehouse (Crossroads location)

Mildred's opened in 1994 and is one of the few remaining family owned coffee shops still in operation in Kansas City today. Mildred's at Crossroads is one of three locations in Kansas City and is located in the Crossroads art district at 19th and Wyandotte. Once a month, Mildred's participates in the "First Friday's" art exhibition. The first Friday evening of each month, the art galleries, studios and restaurants in the Crossroads art district open their doors to showcase both local and national artists. Mildred's offers a cozy atmosphere with comfortable seating and couches.
