You can buy the sugar free syrups in the coffee aisles at many grocery stores, at many coffee houses or online. Use any brand of protein powder that you like.
Creamy Caramel Vanilla Latte
Ingredients:
four ounces skim milk
six ounces hot coffee
one scoop vanilla protein powder
one tablespoon sugar free vanilla syrup
two tablespoons sugar free caramel syrup
low fat whipped topping (optional)
sugar free caramel ice cream topping (optional)
Directions:
Put the skim milk in a large mug. Stir in the vanilla protein powder and stir until a paste forms. Add the sugar free vanilla and sugar free caramel syrups and stir well. Slowly pour the hot coffee into the mug, stirring all the while. If your Creamy Caramel Vanilla Latte is not warm enough for you, microwave for 30 seconds. Top with low fat whipped topping and a drizzle of sugar free caramel ice cream topping, if desired.
Hazelnut Café Mocha
Ingredients:
four ounces skim milk
six ounces hot coffee
one scoop chocolate protein powder
two tablespoons sugar free hazelnut syrup
Directions:
Put the skim milk in a large mug. Stir in the chocolate protein powder and stir until a paste forms. Add the sugar free hazelnut syrup and stir well. Slowly pour the hot coffee into the mug, stirring all the while. If your Hazelnut Café Mocha is not warm enough for you, microwave for 30 seconds.
Creamy Cinnamon Dulce Latte
Ingredients:
four ounces skim milk
six ounces hot coffee
one scoop vanilla protein powder
one tablespoon sugar free caramel syrup
two tablespoons sugar free cinnamon syrup
low fat whipped topping (optional)
cinnamon (optional)
Directions:
Put the skim milk in a large mug. Stir in the vanilla protein powder and stir until a paste forms. Add the sugar free caramel and sugar free cinnamon syrups and stir well. Slowly pour the hot coffee into the mug, stirring all the while. If your Creamy Cinnamon Dulce Latte is not warm enough for you, microwave for 30 seconds. Top with low fat whipped topping and sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
Raspberry Hot Chocolate
Ingredients:
Eight ounces skim milk
one packet sugar free hot chocolate
one scoop chocolate protein powder
two tablespoons sugar free raspberry syrup
low fat whipped topping (optional)
pinch of powdered sugar free hot chocolate mix (optional)
Directions:
Put two ounces of skim milk in a mug. Stir in the chocolate protein powder and sugar free hot chocolate mix and stir until a paste forms. Add the sugar free raspberry syrup and stir well. Meanwhile, heat the rest of the skim milk in a small saucepan or in the microwave until hot but not boiling. If heating the milk in a saucepan, stir it occasionally while heating and do not scald. Slowly pour the hot milk into the mug, stirring all the while. If your Raspberry Hot Chocolate is not warm enough for you, microwave for 30 seconds. Top with low fat whipped topping and a sprinkle a pinch of powdered sugar free hot chocolate mix on top, if desired.
Peppermint Mocha Hot Chocolate
Ingredients:
Three ounces skim milk
five ounces hot coffee
one packet sugar free hot chocolate
one scoop chocolate protein powder
two tablespoons sugar free peppermint syrup
low fat whipped topping (optional)
pinch of powdered sugar free hot chocolate mix (optional)
Directions:
Put skim milk in a mug. Stir in the chocolate protein powder and sugar free hot chocolate mix and stir until a paste forms. Add the sugar free peppermint syrup and stir well. Slowly pour the hot coffee into the mug, stirring all the while. If your Peppermint Mocha Hot Chocolate is not warm enough for you, microwave for 30 seconds. Top with low fat whipped topping and a sprinkle a pinch of powdered sugar free hot chocolate mix on top, if desired.
